Our Story

Built on the Island

Our collection is made for the different ways guests enjoy Florida’s Gulf Coast. Families and friends can gather for beach days, fishing trips, boating adventures, and quiet time by the water. Start the morning with coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon exploring the beach or bay, then return home for grilling, outdoor dining, and time together. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a trip with friends, or a peaceful coastal escape, our homes offer a comfortable place to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Our homes are spread across St. George Island and nearby areas, from Las Brisas and East Gulf Beaches to the island's west end, center, and bayfront areas overlooking St. George Sound. We offer stays near beaches, Apalachicola Bay, fishing, bike trails, the R.G. Kendrick Boardwalk, wildlife, and local spots such as the Blue Parrot. Across our homes, guests can choose from different settings and features, including beach and bay views, private pools, private docks, waterfront access, screened porches, and pet-friendly spaces. At several homes, bookings include a beach gear credit, with rentals delivered right to the house.
